I've had op-ups on BA a couple of times but always on trans Atlantic flights. Pretty sure I was Qantas gold (oneworld sapphire) at the time. It was about 10 years ago though.

Flew this Saturday CPT-JNB on BA's South African subsidiary Comair. Had no idea anyone was flying them again. The latest I read is that there are still software problems (luckily only read so after the flight...) EDIT: added a question mark to thread title given the info below

Two points is probably standard points. It should be double that if you ordered Uber comfort or the other (more expensive) choice.

Memory could be failing me! I was only at QF till 2002. I'm pretty sure the downturn post 9/11 was a factor though.

It was canned after 9/11. I was working in Qantas res at the time and remember. Schedules were already loaded!

I received standard points but no double points for uber comfort bookings. Any idea who to chase this up with? I suspect both uber and Qantas will try to blame the other.

Invercargill wasn't initially part of the code share flights but now it is. So the agreement should now stand in invercargill too. This concerns me as I go to invercargill a couple times a year and was going to make use of the agreement...

I don't think they put anything in the system about you entering the lounge and I've previously taken one family member into the business lounge, left them there, and then taken another into the first. But I noticed last time I went to the first lounge they stamped the boarding pass to indicate...

And you can't book Tallinn on the QF website either. Seems THEY'VE never heard of it...

If it was that rough (and they knew about it), they shouldn't have been flying, hence the refund!

Maybe opening an F lounge... if only...
