I have an existing plat card and love to upgrade to signature. Reading from the comments in ozbargains, no chance for existing cardholders to get them. Have anyone here tried called to the call centre and seek an advice?

Thanks Ashley. We were only offered B49 and F43 (Preferred Seating) when we logon. Looks like there may be no chance of getting the seats beforehand. We bought the tickets way back in Oct 12 and the Seat Select was launched in Nov 12. We were then not notified to logon to pick our seats. :(...
