On the phone with Qantas, my status has gone from Platinum to Silver after my membership rollover when I should still be Platinum. They're saying it's a system issue, but my flight for next week isn't showing my Platinum benefits (no business lounge access) and I wasn't routed to the Platinum call centre. They said to call back 2 days before my flight if it's still showing as Silver.

Seems to have affected March 31 anniversary folks. Oh dear.

Hopefully in a few days it will be resolved as membership anniversary time always has oddities for the first week ir so (eg status staying around etc). This seems like an extra level of real pain for some. 🤦‍♂️

Hope it's resolved soon. I am sure the kids are working on it.

March 31 member here, account seems to be fine. I've taken a screenshot of my digital card just in case though, given I have a trip coming up this weekend I figured it was better to be safe than sorry.

Happened to me as detailed here

Two calls to them today and its fixed tonight. I was advised on the second call this afternoon that there was a system issue. As per the thread above it also affected my PC+

This happened to me in January:
- Anniversary month is December
- Three days into January, Points Club disappeared and I was showing as Gold
- Took 2 weeks for Platinum to be reinstated
- Took 4 weeks for PC to be reinstated, all after multiple calls, PC reinstatement was something another department (IT?) needed to process

Looks to be an ongoing systems issue.

I also have a March anniversary date and also retained Platinum. Had no issues - just took an Iberia flight and Emerald was showing on my BP as expected.

Just checked my account and everything is normal. My anniversary month is September though.

I’m another 31 March anniversary who is thanking her lucky stars that Platinum and Points Club both rolled over correctly for me too.
I just cannot face having to call QF for anything at the moment.

I have March 31 anniversary and retained Platinum (and PCP) but noticed yesterday I am now Gold and the app says PCP expires Mar 2024. I called Qantas, spoke to Manila who was hopeless as he didn't know anything about it, couldn't fix it, and told me to wait a couple of weeks for it to magically be fixed.

Can't select upfront seating on my upcoming travel or request release of award seats. Told the CSA that I would like have the benefits befitting my real level including access to the domestic J lounge and F lounge with my o/s travel very soon, he said call back and he'll arrange for an email to be sent to me saying my real level is Platinum and to show it to the lounge agent. I explained that doesn't fix the other issues such as seating selection when I check in. Oh well, he says, he understands how this can be frustrating.

Fired off a an email to FF@q detailing the issue and as I am unable to access my Platinum benefits for some time asked for 10K compensation. If they don't fix it by the time I need to check in and fly in several days, it is going up to 60K.

I maintained status last week. For the next three weeks. 🤷‍♀️
Thankfully the digital card is correct.

Compensation requests need to go via the customer care form now

I emailed FF@q as I was not confident there would be any action from the CSA regarding the issue, and I don't want to have to call again for the problem to be fixed.

Had exact same issue (although dropped from Gold - Silver as opposed to your Plat - Gold) despite meeting all the requalification requirements for both status and PC+. I made two phone calls in one day to get it fixed. In fairness, both agents appeared to at least understand the issue and advised it required a different team to address it. To my absolute amazment it was indeed fixed the next day (both the Status and PC+).

If it were me I'd call again until you get an agent you at least feels understands the issue.

I'm still waiting for the 100 SC to rollover and fear another phone call will need to be made about that.

Is Qantas still offering a roll over of 100 points?

I had a 31 March roll over also. I acquired Gold two days before roll over date. I can now see the Gold status but have 0 status credits and just wasn't sure if they were still rolling some over
