The new list has been released here:

Overall I am pretty happy with the changes. Most of the cities I regularly stay in have more downs than up.

Every property in Australia is going down except for the W Brisbane.

What remains to be seen though is how often peak and off peak will apply. That’s not until next year though.

The top category won’t kick in until next year either so you can get cheaper redemptions at the highest category.

Agreed. The window between August & December presents some pretty fantastic opportunities at least.

The new travel packages are a devaluation. I think I might buy one before August.
I also have a couple of 1-5 7-night certs which will look to upgrade as I suspect they will be converted to 1-4 certs in August

Yes it is a major devaluation for TPs:

Definitely worth redeeming the TP now if you can!

Another unknown thing is the new rate of transfer from American Express to Marriott, as Starwood program will cease to exist from August. I wouldn't be surprised it the availability to transfer point stopped as well.

Waiting eagerly to see how they map the old travel packages. Hopefully they don't cancel them and provide a poor refund. Given they are keeping the travel packages (albeit with a large devaluation), hope it means that there is some sort of mapping of the old packages and I don't need to book mine by August.

Yes, what will happen with existing 7 night certificates is a big unknown at the moment.

In relation to Amex to SPG transfers, definitely do that before August if you intend to. If Marriott get added as a transfer partner it will most likely be 1 to 1, not the effective 1.5 Marriott points we are getting per Amex point at the moment.
