I have a Jetstar MasterCard and I want to get an additional card for my partner. The link on the site is broken and when I rang support they had to escalate as they didn’t have the form! It’s a long shot but anyone out there have a Jetstar MasterCard additional card holder application form?

Ive never used Bpay, I was getting 0.5 points just depositing straight in to the bookies, I might try the Bpay option, I'll let you know if it works I havent kicked up a stink as they havent cash advanced me as yet and I'll have to forgoe the points, but if cash advance me I wont use the card...

I use ANZ QF and get 0.5 points per dollar. I'd love to find a card that gave 1 point per dollar......anyone have a better card?
