    I simply cannot fathom why businesses do this. How much more effort does getting "new" customers cost a business compared to just making such offers to existing customers and keeping them happily on board? Surely it's just to make someones KPI's look good for that sweet sweet short term benefits.

    Lets make it more interesting. Lets also factor in a varying degree of compensation dependent on WHEN the change is first made, with greatest penalties for less than 24hrs before scheduled departure.

    Here I am sitting here with nothing changing on my app... It would be interesting to understand why it's happening to some and not to others - that is, what's the commonality of those affected. 1714534588 Android here, with 2FA on my QF account and not seeing anything different for me.

    Do you have 2FA on your account? That is, if you login on a different device you get a code sent to mobile, or use an authenticator app?

    Out of interest - for those who are seeing others details, do you have two-factor authentication turned on? I would assume any new device using another profile would require 2FA For What Its worth - I am only seeing my own details and I do have 2FA turned on.
