Took the Wed evening 08 MAR TG flight BKK MEL in J booked with LifeMiles. Full cabin in J. Good food, beverages and helpful attentive service, as previously in December 2023. LifeMiles offers this slightly better than does Aeroplan IMHO.

I had easy setup and service with Gigago for my 7week stay in Thailand. First one for 30 days, then another for the next weeks. However, there was an initial major issue with my Pixel 7 Pro (new) phone in Thailand. Google Pixel phones were/are not distributed/sold in Thailand...for some reason...

I'd like to see a compulsory, paper-based feedback form collected by QF 24 cabin staff at the end of the QF24 BKK SYD from J passengers for the next six months, that rates the service provided on that flight. Thereby, some comparison could be made between before and after QF change this service...

Same here. Was able to book TG J MEL-BKK mid October through LM. Saw availability come up on seats.aero. Cancelled a SQ J booking I'd made through Aeroplan for the same day after I'd received the TG ticket. LM PNR issued was immediately recognized on the TG - albeit clunky - online website and...

Pleased you weren't tempted Matt, by the first dish on the Food Menu or by the last item on the Drinks Menu:D

Status helps to secure the upper level Y seats on the A380 when booking QR in Y online when you have QR status. Next default is to other OW and partner status. I'm only sharing about the QR A380. If the flight aircraft is swapped to an 777ER, for example.. The above considerations do not apply..

Similar for me. VA Business Gold awarded the day after I applied with my QF Gold and ABN. I had dropped to VA Silver mid Feb. Now have another year of VA Gold. Thanks VA Business, and to AFF on how to apply. Very straight-forward.

I'd suggest to try booking on the A380 service. Y seats are wider at 18.5 inches. If at all possible, rear Y seating in the upstairs Y section behind the onboard lounge for business/first. May need status to select these Y seats. Any Velocity status may be helpful?
