No, it's not. I waited 10 weeks and five chase up phone calls to get a refund (due COVID) from QANTAS. Is it acceptable? I don't know enough about the technology, administrative and governance processes behind the refund system to say.

I did the same thing couple of weeks ago. The phone call got me the points back immediately but I'm still waiting for both bookings (cancelled 2 PNRs) taxes to return to the respective credit cards. Was told in a follow up call to expect up to 45 days.

Thanks for that. They're obviouly doing something on their end because this morning I've recevied six emails from them (presumably automated) advising of changes to my bookings and each new itinerary that comes through includes one less flight leg than the next. I don't know how their system...

Thanks Serfty. I called them at around the 10 day mark (10 business days) and they told me they're busy (understandably) and it would be 15 days. I'll give them another week and see what happens. Cheers

Stupid question but where in the app? I'm on Android and the app appears up to date. Haven't noticed any changes and don't see where it's showing. Going to My QFF just shows the usual silver/points activity.

Anybody have any experience or idea how the lounge staff identify a Points Plus member as eligible for QC access if they're only silver or bronze? Something on a boarding pass perhaps?
