A bit odd, I've always found it a bit better than the banks...but then again I've also had issues with differences in the rates before/after logging in.

I've been getting them around the 2-3 week mark as well, sadly the offers aren't convenient for me but I still end up shopping at Woolworths. Mission succeeded...

I've found the level of service to be inconsistent but I guess it depends on your mindset as well?

I didn't realize there were no fees from Westpac, wish I had seen this post back in March!

I'm surprised you still have that option, I thought it would be something you could only do over the phone... but I guess some of the profiles have been kept from harm!

Admittedly, I have started posting to be able to put in a PM request :p but hopefully I'll be able to contribute in some sort of manner as well. As a non-frequent flyer, it's been very enjoyable to read the many good and bad experiences.
