Not according to the AirNZ call centre team. I'm currently trying to get a reasonable answer out of them via their DM service on Twitter...Watch this space

but why would a anyone pay $57 only to get $57 back? Its like having an insurance policy for which you pay $1000 per year for your home and them saying you can only have $1000 back if anything happens...

We have had vegan meals in J with SQ that we very good. Also the vegetarian oriental choice was good

Hi there just spent 30 mins on phone to VA who cannot answer the question ( told me no supervisor was available to help) if we fly AKL to BNE on VA , then ( seperate booking) BNE to SIN with SQ, will VA check the bag all the way through ?

SQ, EK, KL and all were all flying. VA just have no contingency to divert. It was now't to do with GA or Air Asia being 'unsafe'

After last year's debacle , we never fly with Virgin or Jetstar to DPS any more. We had a canceled dive holiday thanks to Virgin , when all the other non Australian airline were flying as normal. Finally flew out a week laster with GA. Going over in November with SQ.

Hi there Does anyone know if SQ have plans to ditch the A330's that fly from BNE and replace them with the 777's anytime soon? The old style biz class seats are really not up to scratch, and I'm sick of having to route via SYD to get a lie flat bed...
