Current Citi Prestige points transfer partners

Seems to still be there at 2.5:1 on the points transfer website for Prestige.

    New Amex statement credits

Got an email sent just over an hour ago to save an offering to my Plat Charge card of $100 credit for $400 spend on Travel with Amex . Clicked on it and was informed that the quota of applicants had already been met :-( Total number available was only 3000! Offering that sort of availability...

    ANZ Rewards Travel Adventure Card

Maybe it is time that they got rid of the cap on rewards points earn (1.5 pts up to a max of $2000 per statement period, and then 0.5 pts thereafter). Or at least changed to cap for the higher points earn rate to a more reasonable $5000.00 Unfortunately, the effective annual fee reduction, in...

RBA Tinkering Again with Interchange Fees

The banks could offer the customer the choice on a on debit card account for tap-and-go transactions to default to: (i) using the VISA or Mastercard scheme (equivalent to inserting the card and pressing credit button) or, (ii) to using the eftpos route (equivalent to pressing the "savings or...

Several Prestige Credit Card Benefits to be Eliminated Jan 2020 (And I'm Not Happy!)

The cut in benefits, however, seems disproportionate to the rise in CPI and Citibank is severely slashing customer-benefit, making what was once a great card into a very poor one. Very similar to Amex on their high end Platinum Charge Card, with the relatively-recent points devaluation.

Several Prestige Credit Card Benefits to be Eliminated Jan 2020 (And I'm Not Happy!)

From a review of Citi's published Prestige benefits as per their website, it sounds like Citi have done absolutely nothing in response to feedback, such as that quoted above. At least cut the annual fee, and eliminate the whopping 3.4% surcharge for using the card overseas or at a merchant...

Several Prestige Credit Card Benefits to be Eliminated Jan 2020 (And I'm Not Happy!)

Disappointing to see that Australia's first "VISA Infinite" branded card has effectively been turned into a "VISA Restricted Benefits" card. Come on Citibank, you used to be the market leader with your Card portfolio! The cancel and complaints line will be running hot....

So you can't even book a return transfer (to airport and back)?

Several Prestige Credit Card Benefits to be Eliminated Jan 2020 (And I'm Not Happy!)

My suggestion is that to remain competitive they should: (1) reduce the annual fee (!); (2) eliminate the 3.4% foreign merchant surcharge; or (3) increase the point earn for the category of merchants for which 1 Citi point per $ (equal to 0.5 Velocity points per $) currently applies. The golf...

AMEX - Shop Small November 2019

I am annoyed as well. A simple promotion but the way it is handled manages to irritate premium and long term card members

AMEX - Shop Small November 2019

Promotions don't make sense. Have been a member since 1981, and currently a Platinum Charge member (now for several years), but no preference for long tem members (or premium one's for that matter!). Promotions seems to target new members, who probably only sign up for the sign-up bonuses and...

AMEX - Shop Small November 2019

I think there was a smaller allocation as well. 118000 vs 130000 last year. Maybe they are saving the 12000 to allocate to their Centurion and Platinum members!! After all, those annual fees should be worth something....
