The Business Class Flight from Hell
An unlucky AFF member experienced the "flight from hell" last week upon returning home from Singapore. A culmination of unfortunate circumstances, including a disruptive passenger, made the flight especially unpleasant for those on board.

Emirates Axes Sydney - Bangkok Route
Emirates will axe its popular Sydney-Bangkok-Dubai route from June. As part of Emirates' latest schedule shake-up, Perth will also lose one of its two daily flights to Dubai at the end of March. Long Singapore Call Centre Wait Times
Singapore Airlines has apologised for the lengthy KrisFlyer call centre waiting times experienced by customers over recent weeks. Many frequent flyers, including several AFF members, have reported waiting for hours on hold when trying to call the Singapore Airlines or KrisFlyer contact centres recently.
