I reckon you'd ideally be looking at a CBR - ADL same day turn in J via MEL. Each flight will earn 55 SCs, giving you 220 in total (110 SCs each way). You can make a weekend in ADL out of it too if you'd like! There are some CBR - ADL routings which take you via SYD, and the booking website...
