Dinner at Martinborough Hotel. Fabulous wine list. Really nice integrated flavours. But this next one was just stunning. 1993! Very drinkable, lovely soft spicy tannins, still nice fruit left. Amazing.

Ruakākā kingfish crudo, smoked eel, rocket, tomato, lime I should add that the Hawkes Bay Sole a la meuniere, olive, caper, lemon butter sauce, was excellent.
