I've done some rough math and look at some cheaper/interesting flights intra-asia, I'm finding BA Gold to be cheaper especially if you're in the EU and headed to the US. Things can get as cheap as ~5K for BA Gold vs ~6K for Platino with intra-asia flights. I haven't looked at IB in more detail...

There are also risks for your credit report splitting if you get a mismatch. I've had that happen. Unfortunately it took 2-3 months for it to fix itself.

Yes it's standard but in most instances, you can't check your credit file with an ITIN. Some have managed to make it work including myself but others haven't been able to access it on all 3.

I've never heard of anyone applying with an AU Biz Amex. Only personal cards. This sounds like why you're being flagged consistently.
