Qantas Airbus A380 Premium Economy Seat Overview

There are two versions of Qantas A380 Premium Economy. Around half of the Qantas A380 fleet has undergone a cabin refurbishment, however it is unclear whether the remaining aircraft will receive this upgrade as the fleet upgrade was suspended due to COVID-19. In the meantime, you can tell which configuration you’re on by checking the seat map.

New Qantas A380 Premium Economy Class

On refurbished A380 aircraft, the Premium Economy cabin is much larger with 60 seats. Here’s what to expect in Premium Economy if you’re on a refurbished Qantas A380:

Old Qantas A380 Premium Economy Class

On unrefurbished aircraft, there are 35 Premium Economy seats. The older Premium Economy seats are the same style as the Qantas Boeing 747 Premium Economy seats.
