Vinomofo
Vinomofo is an online wine retailer with some great deals on a large variety of drops. Some of the very best deals are on mystery “Black Market” wines. When buying these wines, you’ll be able to view the normal retail price and a brief description, but the brand is a secret until the wine arrives at your front door! Airline Wine Clubs
Qantas and Virgin Australia both run their own wine clubs. These not only open the door to some superb wine deals, but you can also earn thousands of frequent flyer points with your wine purchases.
Qantas Wine
Qantas Wine is best known for its generous bonus points offers. You’ll earn 1 Qantas point per dollar on all Qantas Wine purchases. In addition, you can earn up to 10,000 bonus Qantas Frequent Flyer points with every case of wine purchased. These deals are so good, in fact, that it’s often cheaper to purchase a case of wine that comes with bonus Qantas points than it is to purchase the same amount top-up points from Qantas! Wine is usually sold for around the same price as you would find elsewhere, and sometimes less.
Qantas Wine offers premium membership for $99 per year. For this price, you get 3 base Qantas points per dollar on all purchases, a free welcome gift, invitations to special events and free delivery on orders under $300 (delivery is free to all members on purchases over $300). Premium membership may be worth it if you plan to order wine regularly, or if you’re interested in the wine tastings & events. (These events are usually very, very good!)
Virgin Wines
Virgin Wines offers 3 Virgin Velocity points per dollar on wine purchases. Like epiQure, they do have some good deals from time to time with thousands of bonus Velocity points attached.
Virgin Wines regularly offers big discounts and bonus points as an incentive to sign up for the Discovery Club. This is a subscription service that delivers a case of wine to your home around 5 times per year. When taking out the introductory offer, remember to cancel your subscription if you don’t want another box of wine three months later.
