Everyday Rewards Targeted Offers

10x points on freezer goods! I bought some on a tester and the points were correctly calculated on receipt.
I think I will go and fill my spare 700L freezer in the shed

2 of our family members got the 10x freezer goods offer. Unfortunately we're not using those cards at the moment. As it happens, we spent $30 on freezer goods on Wednesday on a different card so if the offer had come a few days earlier on the card we were using it would have been really great.

Only problem is that most of the freezer things which I buy, regularly come round on half price offer. I would be much better waiting for that.
A quick calculation on my value spreadsheet shows that if I bought enough dumplings to earn the points for a J trip to Europe rtn, I would have spent $31,664 more than I needed to. Yep, we are a nation obsessed by points and Woolies knows there are plenty of suckers falling for their tricks

Half price is definitely the way to go. The $30 purchase I made on Wednesday were all half price items. If I did get the 10x points on the account in use I'd still only buy the half price items and the 10x points would just be a bonus on top.

$50 spend in one shop each week for 2 weeks = 3000 points.
Plus 10x points on freezer purchases.
Hoping they work together.

2 week offer, 2000 points total for spending $60 per week
In the last 2 offers you can choose to spend the target in the first week only, second week only or both weeks. Half the points are allocated for the first week and the other half for the second week.

There's another interesting aspect to the last offer with the $60 target. It's on the same card as the 4 week offer I'm currently taking up which has a $50 target for 6000 points at the end of 4 weeks. The fine print on today's offer says that it can't be taken up with any other offer but I'm not sure that's the case. I'll test it out in the middle of the week. I'll spend $60 on that card and see what notations I get at the bottom of the receipt. I've seen cases where the offers like this have stacked even though the terms don't indicate this. I don't know if this will continue. I'll report back my findings once I've competed the transaction.

Well, I'm ready to report my findings on these offers. I spent $60 on the card which had 2 offers on Wednesday. I got a confirmation that I had qualified for week 3 of the 4 week promotion on the receipt. The receipt also said I had activated the $60 target offer but didn't say I'd achieved the spend. Only the base points were credited for the transaction. At this point it didn't look like the offers were going to stack. I've just checked this account and 1000 points were added to the balance on Friday. It looks like the offers did stack but the points weren't added immediately (I've seen this happen occasionally). So it looks like I'll be spending $60 again next week on that account. I'm guessing the points for the 4 week offer will be credited immediately and the 1000 points will get added a few days later.

Meanwhile I'm chasing 1000 points on another account which should have posted in October. I'm going to try using an email address for Woolworths Rewards which I found a couple of months ago but I don't know if it still works.

This is a tricky one actually. They should stack, however you'll need to check the terms and conditions of the 2 week offer. Some of the 2 week offers say they won't stack, however, as I've observed above, they have been stacking. There are lots of different 2 week offers around at the moment with different terms and conditions so I can't speculate on the one you have.

On the receipt it clearly states I've qualified for the week 1 spend however there's no sign of the 10x bonus points for freezer purchases which were part of the $50 spend.

300 points for $5 of D'Orsogna Ham from the deli. Redeemable multiple times.
(First time I've had such a specific offer from the deli before)

I did my $60 transaction at Woolworths on Monday to complete week 4 of the 4 week offer. The 6000 points were credited instantly and a few days later 1000 points were credited to the account for the 2 week offer.

Bring on Sunday's new offers, lets see what we can get.

If we don't get any offers on Sunday we still have an offer of 1000 points for a $70 spend. It's not a very good offer but Up and Go 6 packs are on half price special so I shouldn't have too much trouble getting to the higher than usual target as a once off.

Is there some way to see the active offers on the woolworths rewards page? Where I assume they should be all I get is a rotating circle/loading symbol.

I'm terrible at keeping track of things so the flybuys site showing me active and expired offers is really helpful.

This is one of the areas where flybuys is much better than Woolworths Rewards. The offers page on the Woolworths rewards page only shows current specials, petrol vouchers, current points, Woolworths dollars ready to redeem and Woolworths dollars earned during the your membership. It doesn't actually show any targeted offers which is really annoying.

I've seen the rotating circle before. Sometimes the page takes a long time to load. Sometimes you'll need to change your javascript settings or other settings in order to get the page to display correctly.

One reason I believe the Flybuys customer service is better, is that they use the same in house team (In Sunshine I believe) unlike WWR which has changed their loyalty team at least once and might not even be in house.

We didn't get any offers on Sunday so I ended up using the 1000 points for $70 spend. I stocked up on Up and Go which is considered to be a cereal product. I had a 10x points on cereal products offer as well so picked up 530 points instantly for the transaction and the 1000 bonus points will be credited in a few days.

No Sunday offers for me either. I did complete the spend $90 for two weeks for 4500 points.

Still waiting for my 8000 points accrued by spending $90 per week for 4 weeks. Completed challenge last Sunday so would have expected points to credit by now

Anyone else still waiting?
