I find BWS is sufficiently more expensive than Dan Murphys' to make it not competitive - even with the points.

Depends what you are buying. I'm usually able to do a bit of searching online. My preferred over-proof bourbon is (when available) usually much cheaper at BWS than anywhere else. Well, other than duty free.

Wife had 4 x $100 spend per week offer for 15,000 bonus points and we achieved the spend and bonus points arrived last week in the mean time new offer arrived of 4 x $130 spend for 11,000 bonus points.

Went shopping early last week and spent close to $100 and used the $80 from previous promotion. We then went shopping yesterday and spent $32+ to achieve week 1 of the new promotion and a message appeared you now have $75 to save off a future shop. Checked receipt and that's confirmed as bonus week promotion and we have completed target for week 1 of new promotion.

Wasn't expecting that one and sometimes it pays to complete the offers for these special bonuses. This will end up being 8 weeks for $920 spend and $205 discount.
