Woolworths points not transferring?

Received 5000 points from a recent 4 week shop. They are sitting in my Woolworths account but not automatically sweeping across for the next quarterly Qantas grab.

Am I wrong or if you have it set to Qantas points they should automatically go across?

We've had a sweep recently. In theory they should be transferred in the next sweep in a couple of months. It might take another working day before you get a notification that they have been put in a "holding" section waiting for the next transfer. I convert to Woolworths Dollars instead of points. I find with bonus points which don't get credited at the time of a transaction take an extra day after the account credit to be transferred to Woolworths dollars. This might be the case with the QFF points holding section as well.

If it's part of a promotion, they often sit there until the next purchase transaction, then they get picked up and converted to Woolworths Dollars.

I think this case is one of the annoying quirks of the current 4 week promotions. I'm having problems getting into my Woolworths Rewards account at the moment due to some issues with our network but I'll let you know what I find once I can get in.

I had to check the terms of my current 4-week promotion, but it said after the last qualifying spend it could take 3 business days.

Am I wrong or if you have it set to Qantas points they should automatically go across?

Points sweep to Qantas every 3 months, the next sweep should be mid-March.
