I thought this was a staff only offer when I saw it yesterday, but an email I just got confirms otherwise.

Contest with a major prize of two Superior Plus Class tickets (Economy window/alise seat with blocked middle next to you) on the Constellation Journeys RTW trip on QF 747 next year.
Open to everyone who converts their WWR to Qantas and scans their cards each week (Thurs-Wed) for the next 4 weeks. There doesn't appear to be a required spend.
Qantas Charter | Constellation Journeys, Australia

Minor prizes of 5 $200 Qantas vouchers each week.

Do you know if you have to spend $30 with WW for this to generate conversion or would $2 do it?

Just added up my point earn from the current iteration of Woolworths Rewards. Have just passed 280K of Qantas points so already have my RTW and that doesn't even include the credit card earn and discounts buying gift cards through Cash Rewards

For this competition which would be great to win, does it mean people that are already earning QFF need to change back to $10 cash back and then re-register for QFF points or is open to everyone who pushes their points to QFF

No, it's open to anyone who is converting WoW points to QF points during the promotion. It isn't just new accounts converting over.

There has been no min spend for QF points at Woolworths since the program was changed. Every dollar spent earns WW points and every WW$10 (2000 points) converts to 870 QF points with WW>QF conversions happening every 3 months.

280,000 QFF points converted in a single quarter is a lot of groceries, even allowing for bonus points promos.

I assume that there must be particular giftcards that you like to buy when bonus points are on offer.

Not one quarter, points earned was since the new rewards program rolled out, we don't eat that much!!! There has been a couple of gift card bonus opportunities especially DJ's (about 50K in QFF points) which was just luck in timing that have given us a real boost.

We actually spend a lot less than we used to, all bar one of our kids has left home but we have always received bonus offers and without going overboard always have one or two in play. Sometimes that has meant 20 packets of toilet paper or boxes of washing powder but on the whole have managed with fairly normal shopping habits.

I actually think with the offers, this has been a better program for the point savvy customers than what was there before, long may it continue
