Wilson Parking not crediting VFF points since 25 Oct

Hi folks

I'm a regular user of Wilson Parking, who have a 5 points per dollar deal with Velocity.

When checking my Velocity account today, I noticed I haven't received any points from Wilson since 25 Oct, despite having over 20 Book A Bay invoices in November, all of which show Velocity as crediting partner.

Prior to 25 Oct, points from Wilson would tend to show up with 2-3 business days but na-da for the past 5 weeks. Has anyone else noticed the same thing? I've sent an email to Wilson but thought I'd post here in case anyone else uses them.
 
Sounds like the points from November have been "parked" somewhere...
 
Interesting ... Here's a post I made in another thread.
When I've done book-a-bay, I have not received any points until a couple of days after the parking date.

However, I have not used it for five months and Wilson's systems have changed in that time.
 
I got a call from Wilson today almost two months after logging a ticket.

Apparently there was an issue with bookings made using the Wilson app. They're going through and correcting these now, but if you've Book(ed)-A-Bay using the Wilson app it may be worth double-checking your activity statement.
 
I booked a bay in early Dec, no points posted, enquiry lodged through their website, no response, follow up email to them two weeks later, no response, follow up email again to them a week later, no response, follow up email to them AGAIN a week later, this time also including my booking confirmation email and velocity number to make it really easy for them; no response.

I'm 100% sure they're not going to respond ever, nor will I see any recognition of my booking for the Christmas velocity promo.
 
I have been booking Wilson's Early Bird parking three times a week since Nov 2017. I realised recently that my Velocity points have not once been applied - ever! I have double checked the name on the account matches the name son the account with the Velocity number, etc. I have emailed and heard nothing back. Has anyone successfully rheard back from them on this? And regained their points? The website says 3 months back only which is better than nothing! My bad for not checking earlier.
 
If you log into the Book A Bay website, go to My Account, and then click on a previous booking - is Velocity Frequent Flyer listed as the partner program, like shown in the bottom left corner below?

Call Wilson and log a support ticket. They take ages to get back to you, and they might also want you to list all the invoice numbers affected, but it's best to start the process now.
