I'm sure Im not the only one who has spent months following up Velocity regarding the failure of Shop and Earn purchases to appear as pending, and also for the points to credit. I'm willing to wait the 60+ days if the points will actually post correctly. To be fair, some retailers like Zanui and The Iconic are reliable, but I have had 3 separate instances in the last 6 months with 3 different retailers where I did not get what I was owed.
This thread is littered with complaints about Shop and Earn and in my opinion it is one of the weakest parts of the Velocity program. I cannot understand why Velocity constantly advertise offers of double points etc to get us to spend money with their retail partners when they cannot, will not, or do not honour them and it is up to the customer to spend the time and energy trying to correct Velocity's error. Even after being accused of not tracking orders properly or not making the order at all(!) and providing evidence showing this is clearly incorrect, we are faced with endless delays, automated responses, empty promises and a general 'we don't care' attitude from Velocity.
