When QF has given bonus QF SC to... they always give explaination don't they?

(Anniversary is end of this month).
QF has for some reason given me 3 bonus QF SC, and there has not been a description of it.
I seem in the past week or so, got an extra 3 QF SC. Was 550 for a while, which was after I flew Jun long weekend.
I have had a look since the start of my last relevant year, ie, Aug 15 to now, and always QF has given me a QF SC of either lots of 10/15/20/etc depending on class of travel.
I do remember here, in the past, colleagues mentioning they have gotten odd SC "gifts" to put it like that, or bonus.
But I was not able to book during any bonus SC earns.
Could someone/anyone remember in their case, if/when QF gave them SC, in 1/2/3/4s, if there has been any description in the colleagues QF account?
In my case, nothing/no explaination, just an extra 3 QF SC!
And yes, I do not to "stare a gift horse in the mouth".

Just call QFF and ask???

since you'd see which flight it was applied to that could give a clue. They usually show up as a separate line item

eg:

04JUL17 BONUS STATUS CREDITS 03JUN16 .....

and that 2nd date is what the SC is for, as in a flight on that date. There would be your clue. Probably a 50% bonus at some point. Enjoy (if it makes any difference)

Its not like as if a 300 QF SC point deposit had appeared. Just thought it had appeared to others.
Granted that after this weekend, I am up for SG till Jul 17.
That 3 QF SC will add nicely to Lifttime PS though.

There has to be an entry listing the 3 points appearing. As with others, any 50% SC promo has the potential to end up with 7 SC as a bonus, or 23 SC total on a 15 SC earning route.

Most of us with odd numbers of lifetime SC have that due to the change over from tier credits, or whatever they were called. Did you join QFF when they still had tier credits?

In terms of your issue is this based on the lifetime balance or the annual balance. If the annual balance there will be an entry that explain what happened somewhere in the last 12 months.

You can always email then. response might take quite some time, but if you really worry about 3 SC then ask the question.
