What's wrong with Velocity Points from Hilton (not creditting since 6 January 2014)

It appears that Virgin points earned at Hilton Hotels since the Hilton program change on 6 January 2014 are not being consistently transferred into Velocity accounts. I am aware of two accounts where it's not working, and multiple followups haven't been successful. Can you investigate what the problem is please?

If you need specific information for the two cases I am aware of please let me know.

Almost forgot about this. VFF I too have a Hilton stay from January that hasn't credited to my account - I submitted a retro claim a few weeks ago but haven't heard anything.

Hi bullerdude, if you've submitted a retro claim, the team would already be looking into this for you. If you haven't heard back in a few weeks' time, send a private message and I'll chase it up.

Thanks VFF rep. This issue is now resolved for my case. Hopefully it's permanently resolved :shock:

Feedback on this. It is resolved - another stay on 28 March (i.e. after my issue was resolved) has automatically credited points from Hilton to Velocity.
