Domestic:

Start with a pure blonde to wash away the taste of Melbourne, then a fruity glass of Sauvignon Blanc with maybe some cheese (perhaps 2) then if I have time I will switch a glass of red...

Int'l

veuve, veuve, veuve then maybe a switch a nice red and again if time roll out of the lounge after a glass of port...

^^^^^^

Methinks simongr and I would have a very compatible drinking session. :)

like so many other things, depends on the mood, the day I've had, whats on offer.

I have always admired those that consume champers for breekie.................

I guess I am perhaps a little unrefined, I’m happy with Crown larger and Jim Beam. If higher shelf whisky and bourbons are on offer I move up the ladder.

:)

Never disappointed if your standards are low!!

1. Orange Juice

2. English Toffee and Peppermint tea (in QF Dom J lounge)

3. Lavender and mint tisane (in DJ Dom lounge)

I know that this is a public forum..... I'm wondering if this is the most controversial/thought provoking post of the year??

Your choice of drinks seem to have given me a little tremble and a lump in the back of my throat!!

A good tremble or a bad tremble?

I wonder if previously the most controversial post was the one in which I suggested someone fly Royal Brunei for the added benefit that they didn't serve alcohol?

Glad to have provided a thought-provoking post :)

Domestically, Coopers Pale Ale (especially on tap in ADL).
International, Tattinger. mmmmm...

Like most a good champers is great but give me a great mojito and it will trump it.

But for now sitting in CCR LHR and drinking my other fav "water" some times you just have to; and like wingspan I also enjoy herb teas in most J/F lounges.

Hope you didn't get stuck with the Cabana that has "Moaning Myrtle" trapped in the drains:D

I love all the liquors of the world

For something non-alcoholic, I'm rather fond of tomato juice
