Website changes

HH have made major changes to the website this week. Whether they are improvements remains to be seen. Anyone who has stays this week should check the record as over on FT they are reporting many are posting with 0 points for no valid reason. I have stays which ended on Oct 1 and yesterday and both come up displaying 0 points. Time for a phone call.

I had the same experience for a stay on 29/9, but the points did post on the end. I did note I didn't get the Q3 triple points...unsure of exact T&Cs of that promotion but given 29/9 is squarely in Q3 I will query it.

All my issues have fixed themselves after a day or two. I like the new site- hope it turns out friendlier to use.
