Afternoon Fellow AFFers
I applied for my $129 voucher from Virgin Money last week. I received the following email
Hi there
Now you're flying - you have been confirmed as eligible to receive a $129 Virgin Australia Gift Voucher.
Your Gift Voucher should arrive via email within the next 24 hours. Please check both your inbox and junk folder for the email and if you don't receive it, call Gift Card Services on 1300 55 33 80.
All the best"
Of course the voucher has not arrived by email so I rang the number given above. They said they can't do anything without a voucher number or reference and that I would have to call VA. So here begins the 'merry go round' methinks. Anyone else had a similar issue?
