I'm travelling to the U.S. on February 1st (will arrive on February 1st) and plan on leaving May 30th. Does this fall within the 90 days of the Visa Waiver Program?

Thanks in advance.
P.S. I think those dates are *exactly* 90 days.

Your summer school maths class is beckoning! If those dates come to 90 days you will have discovered how we can all delay growing old.

Perhaps if the departure was April 30 the question might almost be reasonable given the leap year, but.....

To spell it out:

Feb 1 - 29 is 29 days
March has 31 days
April has 30
May 1 - 30 is another 30 days

29 + 31+ 30 + 30 = 120 = problems on VWP.

depends on how they classify day 1?

I really have no idea, so id suggest you contact the embassy or consulate to confirm what the official position is.

Always good advice to check with embassy or consulate, but given that VWP is for "stays of 90 days or less" and there is no way you are more than 90, then all should be fine.

Do consider, however, what may happen if your return flight is delayed.

Great you don't have a problem with the 90 days.
We enjoy a bit of banter so don't ever take it the wrong way.
