Virgin flight confirmation email problems?

I've tried three different email addresses, have changed a couple of bookings, was promised a manual confirmation to be sent from an upgrade request, and have clicked "Resend itinerary" several times, but still have not received any confirmation emails from Virgin.

Is anyone else experiencing any issues?
 
I booked a 2FOR1CC flight with the call centre the Tuesday night and did not receive a confirmation e-mail. But the 'resend itinerary' button worked.
 
+1 here for the lack of itinerary... I think(?) twice now I've had issues when going through the call centre. Definitely happened at least once this last week - I got the confirmation email with original booking, then rang up to make a change. Agent said she would send through confirmation of change and it never came! Got worried after 2 days it might not have gone through - logged in and hit 're-send' and it came straight through with the new flight details.
 
I'm not getting any confirmation whether from the call centre or hitting resend on the website. Anyone care to do a quick check on a booking now to see if it's just me? Don't know why it would be though - have tried 3 different email addresses on 2 different computers.

Hmm... just tried to do a re-send on an itinerary and nothing has arrived yet?
 
I'm kind of getting the opposite. Last 3 check ins, they have send a confirmation email shortly after I check in. Strange?
 
Booked a MEL-BNE-MEL flight tonight around 8pm and have had no email confirmation, but the flight shows up in my 'bookings' section of my Velocity account.
So you're not on your lonesome.

PS: totally unaware that the current sale ended at midnight. Rapt I got in for my BNE flight (at $99 each way, but since midnight, have gone up to $132), but pissed that I will need to fork out more for my OOL SC run.
PER J flight have gone back uo from $859 to $1299.
 
Problem now seems to be fixed. I received about 8 confirmations in a row last night around 10pm, so wherever they had built up in the system, someone had unblocked it!

They seem to send me emails in duplicate for some reason.....

I also get duplication however on long haul reservations only. 2 years ago we did out first V Australia flight to LAX and since then all long haul on Virgin Australia we receive 2 copies of the itinerary. One emailed to my address and one emailed to my wife even though she is not traveling. Very odd.:confused:
