Virgin Australia Lost and Found

Hi all,

Last Thursday at lunchtime I was in the Virgin Lounge at Brisbane Domestic. I have since discovered I lost my camera and I have tracked it down to being in the rental car or at the lounge I had it last. I have tried ringing several Virgin numbers to get some information on if it was found or not and the only place I managed to talk to someone remotely interested was the Adelaide Airport (where I landed) who is checking with Brisbane Airport for me. Off course if it was in the lounge or on the plane the airport can't help me, only if it was found in the terminal. Any help would be appreciated.

i recently left something in the lounge at BNE , and I was given the baggage services number in BNE - 07 31148150.
They tracked down the item and I picked it up a couple of days later

Thanks guys for the Brisbane number. Why couldn't the guy I spoke to on the phone number on the back of my Velocity card give me those details? I also hunted the website and googled to look for the numbers but came up short. I did leave a message with Virgin Baggage Services in brisbane that I managed to find the number of but no luck there. Anyway it does not matter as Hertz actually called me back to say they found it and it is already in the post back to me.
