Velocity Website Error in 'My Bookings'

For about 10 days now, I can't access the 'My Bookings' section of the Velocity website. I can log in fine, but when I select 'My Bookings' I get the below error:

"We are sorry, but we are unable to complete your request at this time, please try again later.
If this problem persists please contact our Membership Contact Centre on 131 875."

If I go through virginaustralia.com, I can retrieve my bookings individually just fine. But if I click on the link 'Retrieve by Velocity Number' I end up with the same error.

I called in and got the normal runaround with them wanting me to restart my browser, clear cookies, etc. It happens on Chrome, IE, and Firefox, on my PC, tablet and my phone. But of course I still have to go through all these hoops before it gets escalated.

Now they say they are looking into it. Has anyone else seen this? A minor problem, but annoying.
 
Everything is working fine for me using Chrome for Windows and Chrome for Android (All bookings accessible and accounted for).

Just completed my periodic A330 check and all good there as well...
 
I did not expect this to be a widespread problem; I searched the forum when it happened and I came up empty. I guess we'll see what Velocity say...
 
I've now achieved a similar error with same popup.

Have had a duplicate HKG-MEL appear in my booking, and on the VA site showing same time, on other apps showing a 25m schedule change (new 1025 dep vs old 1000).

The return leg not changed.

Also weirdly had a "change" tagged on a VS booking HKG-LHR (using VA points) but no time/date change etc.

All a bit weird. Something screwy going on.
 
VA has sorted my issue out with their IT department now. No idea as to the cause unfortunately.

NOTE: This is when selecting a booking from "My Bookings"

Where there is a change to a flight, which can be aircraft type or timing you **should** receive a notification email of a change. Once received you click on the accept button and all is good.

If you don't receive the email you need to call Velocity and they will fix it (as you will see the affected flight segment duplicated).

As an example, if you are booked on an a330 and the flight is changed to a b737 (or vica versa) it's critical to have it fixed and conduct the seat selection. This has happened a few times for me.
