Flybuys Velocity Status Credits late to Post

How is everyone with their Nov 2022 status credit posting……. 24th of Dec, still no posting for Nov…….. are they planning a Xmas present?
 
Have other people received their January status credits yet? One guy mentioned in another thread last week that he had, and seemed to have in fact got bonus, but I'm still waiting for mine. (My November ones eventually arrived, and I think December ones were several days earlier in the month than we're currently at.)

No, not here. I was going to ask the same question in the other thread.

Have heard that people have been getting them from the 8th onwards .
 
Family four of us with separate accounts did not receive any credits from flybuys from March, missing in total 360 credits. Multiple times call Velocity, no success. Any one has similar issue, any advice how to resolve this issue. Thanks

My Status Credits from Flybuys for July-October 2023 inclusive have still not been posted to my Velocity account, although the SC's from subsequent months have arrived just a few days after the end of the relevant month.

When I called Velocity, they referred me to FlyBuys, on the understandable basis that Velocity have no idea how many SC's I've earned with FlyBuys. However, when I contacted Flybuys, I initially received a holding response of "We were made aware of a delay with Velocity status credits and we will advise when we hear back from the support team. Unfortunately, we do not have a time frame for this" and a subsequent, thoroughly dismissive "Please note that for points transferred to Velocity or Status Credits, it is best to contact Velocity at 13 18 75 so that they can assist you with your enquiry. Unfortunately, we do not have access to their system"

Before I write back and point out that Flybuys are issuing the SC's so it's clearly their issue, how did anyone else resolve the problem? Am I missing something; perhaps the SC's were sent over and have gone AWOL at the Velocity end?
