Hi Gurus. Have trawled the pages, thought there was a thread re general Reward Seat Availability, but can't seem to find it - hence this post. Admin, please move if necessary.
Have booked a Freedom Fare from MEL-HKG-MEL in September/October this year. Managed to upgrade the MEL-HKG leg using points without any problem, but cannot see ANY 'Business Reward' availability (other than Any Seat Award) for the HKG-MEL leg for any dates in October - which is what it needs to show to get a points upgrade on demand.
Just wondering if VA actually release 'Business Reward' seats for this leg at any stage or if the J cabin is usually full with cash customers from HKG-MEL - hence no need to release Reward Seats.
