If it's a roast turkey in-flight meal, yum, yum.

I have a 12:05 flight departing Syd. Given I am risk averse I will stock up on lounge turkey and any plane turkey will be a bonus. It may be better than the leftovers we're offered when we arrive in beautiful Qld.

"Select" is transcon and international, so stock up in the lounge.

Be interesting to see if people are giving thanks after they eat the turkey. Or even gobble it up.

I will be sure to thank the staff before and the turkey after (maybe even during depending how good it is).

I wish Virgin's food was created by Jamie Oliver...He can perform magic on a plate for a couple of dollars a serve.

Someone needs to pitch this to a network pronto. If Heston can do Little Chef, surely airlines aren't below Jamie.

On that note, it seems it isn't created by Luke Mangan any more. New menu (that is separate to the Voyeur magazine) features no reference to our favourite (?) celebrity (?) chef...

Is this old news? Did I miss something? Sorry if I did, mods please delete if duplicated.

I don't think VAs BOB menu ever referenced LM ...as it's just full of of '7eleven' type sandwiches and 'branded' snacks/lollies/chips/cookies!! whatever etc that are supplied by 'other' companies as you can clearly see by the packaging...or have MnMs / Pringles..and all the other 'cough' ....suddenly become LM 'inspired'!!

LM was all over the menu, I note he has even lost naming rights on the infamous pie!
