Hello, I require some help accessing the points on my NAB credit card.
I'm not sure I received any paperwork to link a flybuys account number to the card when I originally obtained the card. However, on the NAB credit card it has a flybuys account number already on it, but it doesn't work when I try to activate it.
I have currently signed up for a new flybuys card and have subsequently sent an account link form to NAB. There were approximately 240 flybuys points accumulated in the other account which I don't think is actually mine because I did not have a flybuys account. Any ideas whether I just threw away 240 points or how this other flybuys account number materialised on the back of my credit card?
