Trouble getting status credits and ff points to post for air nz flight 2 months ago

My family of 5 flew air nz to queenstown in April. Points and sc have posted to my husbands account but not for 3 kids and myself. Have sent details to retro rewards 3 times and just rung call centre. Unhelpful lady told me flight wasn't eligible. I insisted that class L is eligible and that 1/5 persons got credited. I have NEVER had such an issue with Qantas partner airlines. Due to family pooling status credits needed for mr Spieck to elevate status. She asked me to email details again - is there anything else I can do??

Now the details re these air NZ flights have vanished from hubby's online velocity statement. We are all now waiting for these details to post!?!

This seems to be a consistent problem and VA put the blame on their partner airlines response. I have been waiting for 3 months now, used the website, made calls and nothing ever happens.

I'm having the same issue with 4 x HA F flights I took: HNL-OGG-ITO-OGG-HNL and after putting in a retro claim and calling twice all i've been told is that VA are waiting on the partner airline's response.

Now whilst I could understand that if none of my flights had been credited...but two of them (HNL-OGG return) have been so I'm a little confused as to what the issue is.

It's been previously stated, but when it comes to partner points earning, we do need to valid the flight details, and this can take up to 12 weeks (note, 'up to'), as each airline requires the other to send through a file with that flight data on it
Until that comes through can we update your account.
Not perfect we know, but we are always trying to better these systems for our members.

Yes but 3 months is 12 weeks so maybe change it to up to 26 weeks to be safe (sarcasm)

Thanks for the reply; and yes I completely understand that you need to validate the flight details with the partner airlines, I don't have any issue with that.

However in this instance I took a sequence of 4 flights on the same PNR on the same day in fact and I was mainly confused as to why only two of the flights came through, not all four.

In any case it's not an issue anymore; rather conveniently the day after I posted that the other two flights came through so thanks VA!
