Travelodge LAX South anyone stayed there?

Hi all,

Well I booked a room for overnight stay via hotelclub as I got them to beat the price going direct(had 10% discount) $83.47US includes taxes.
Anyone been there?
Is the Airport Shuttle going to be free or is he going to expect a tip?
Looking for early checkin....any experience in that?

I have stayed up the road in Hacienda but they would not come down in price....last trip I have walked up the road to the Mall(Best Buy and FRY's electronics)

I have a day to walk around anything else worth checking out in the area?

Can you actually walk into LAX airport terminals from this motel?

I emailed them and was told if room available I can checkin after 1pm to avoid $10 early checkin charge.....
So flight gets in 1000...collect bags 1030hrs....locate Hawaiian checkin desk for checkin next day.....call for shuttle 11ish and wait for pickup....
Not sure if they will store luggage before checkin for free?
Suggestions?
