Travel insurance for cancer

From my research it is impossible to get travel insurance to cover stage 4 cancer? Sound correct?
Anyone been in this position and traveled without the insurance or had to cancel and lost $?

Insure and go would be the only ones, if anyone.
What are you wanting cover for, though? If happy to exclude the Ca and complications then you might be able to find something. Cover for issues that arise from the Ca would be very expensive and much harder to find.

Thanks will try them, i was hoping to get cover for the cancer, but thats unlikely i know. I do know i can get covered for everything not relating to the cancer through a few companies though.

I find it very hard to get travel insurance, for reasons different from yours. So I use insureandgo. They are expensive but if I couldn't get insurance, then I couldn't travel outside Australia.

If anyone has there own business then there are some great corporate policy's available that have no health exclusions providing your doctors have not advised you to not fly!!
