Thanks. Co worker was only telling me on Monday that her son is going to Japan for a sports thing and the family is following - sent her the links!

Four of us travelled on QF33 SYD > KIX on 19/2 and QF34 KIX > SYD on 15/3 and was obviously the same plane used - I sat in 54J on the flight over and son sat in 54J on the way back - seat was broken, would recline on it's own so of course FA's would constantly come before take off "sir please move your seat forward" we reported it upon arrival, also emailed QA and on Facebook, a month later still the same, FA's had the hide to pester my son about it until I mentioned it and embarrassed them about it saying it was reported a month ago.

Flight comfort felt like domestic service, was rubbish, food has gone downhill, lucky we took food with us, especially travelling with two kids. Just unbelievable, service was rude and non-existent, something I have come to know QA for, considering we try and fly them wherever we can - hey if you don't like your job why work as an FA?!
