The Lounge membership card, how fast does it come?

And do you get an email confirmation that partner lounges (Koru) will accept that you are a VFF The Lounge member to allow access.
I will be getting some funds end of Feb, and have a trip early few days in Mar this year, and so plan to buy the Lounge membership thus giving access to the Koru in Auckland for March long weekend flight.
Will be first time purchase of VFF The Lounge, ie, not renewal.

Hi, it normally takes 5 days for the card to arrive in the post. If you already booked your flight (VA or Air NZ flight) with a VA membership number attached into your ticket you can access Air NZ lounge with no problem, plus you can bring a guest as long as they flying (VA or Air NZ flight). I will using the same method this Friday flying from SYD to AKL. Been doing this for the past 2 years. However, I haven't use the Koru Lounge domestically.

Last time I flew AirNZ the SYD Koru lounge was being majorly refreshed.
Will see the newly AirNZ AKL Koru this time round in Mar.
Mine will be an AirNZ flight number.

Card still hadnt come by the time I left ADL for MEL for AKL but Koru Lounge lady in AKL scanned my AirNZ BP after I showed her my VFF account page and got entry.
Was in AirNZ prem Y so usually no entry in that class.
All OK.
Nice looking Koru lounge after they did refresh.
