Tried booking 4 domestic flights last night, QF website was the worst I've ever seen it. Page continually froze up, missing information, woudnt display flight credits that I have, ended up with temporary bookings , one for a flight I didn't want. 50 minutes expected wait time for the QF call centre, so will wait for the bookings to time out tonight and start again!
 
I must have missed the announcement that QF are dropping PE from HKG Flights (see Blue highlighted text):

The calculators have been all over the place recently.
 
Anyone else unable to book flights tonight?
 
Yes...either displays error message both text gibberish and computer emoji thing or does nothing at all.
Once i got it to display flights and selected one then it died again...

honestly its just embarrassing if they don't extend this one...

Yes, kept hitting errors and clearing browsers / using different browsers / devices didn’t help. But things seemed to clear up long enough for me to get in few bookings in time. It was a very long night. Had no idea there were so many people booking status runs?
 
My current peeve with Qantas IT is that I can't seem to remove expired credit card details from my account. I log in and try and remove them from my profile, it tells me it's not holding any CC details for my account..but every time I book a flight they pop up. Have cleared cookies, cache etc.

To add further annoyance when copying details over from google (which I have to do for every booking due to the above) the expiry date never comes over correctly and has to be manually changed which does not happen on any other site.
 
Hi All,

Has anyone else had this problem before? I have had it for 2 years in a row, where I start each status year with a handicap of -60 status credits.... I've emailed/called Qantas before, and it hasn't yet been fixed...Status Negative.JPG
