Your reply is perfectly representative of the puerile, head in the sand, mindless and irrelevant non reply that is the modern day excuse for rational thought.

The point that far too many people, including you apparently, are prepared to ignore (because it offends their PC persuasion) is that there are terrorist attacks all around the world on innocent civilians almost on a daily basis and yet the leaders who are in best position to make a difference i.e. imams and Muslim celebrities etc., never respond by clearly denouncing such attacks; their response is invariably that these people wouldn’t do these things if we were nicer to them. The subliminal message to these cretinous terrorists is clear – keep doing what you’re doing until the West submits.

For as long as apologists treat terrorists as misunderstood, they give tacit approval to their deplorable behaviour. There is absolutely nothing in that approach which helps to modify the mindset of those who think mass murder of complete strangers is a commendable pursuit.

So while I’m sure your concern for my future employment is heartfelt I hope you won’t be offended if I think your advice isn’t worth much.

A man who witnessed the attack told CNN he saw the driver accelerate and aim for people as the vehicle slammed the crowd. The truck continued about two kilometres through the city’s busy main drag mowing down people in its path.

The driver then emerged from the truck and opened fire on the crowd, another eyewitness said. French media is now reporting the gunman got back in the driver’s seat and travelled to another populated area before starting to shoot again.

Police opened fire on the truck which crushed revellers and sent people running for their lives. The truck’s driver was shot dead.
