So, I'm hosting the dinner, Hyatt Regency SYD 7pm.
3 course meal with a choice from 2 for each course.
2 hour beverage package.

You don't need to be part of the AGM to attend the dinner

To pay for dinner, follow the link to EventBrite. Cost is $87.50 plus their charges.

And Hyatt also have offered a group booking rate, so follow / cut n paste the PassKey code.
Code is valid till 10/2/18 $330 for a King room, while they last, refundable.
You don't have to stay at Hyatt of course, and keep checking the rates anyway as inventory management does their thing close in

Yikes! Sorry to not add more details: To comply with admin note below:
refunds up to 7 days before the dinner if you want to cancel.
If I cancel the dinner full refunds will be made pronto! Less than 7 days.
EventBrite charges are 1% plus $0.99 plus gst on these.
Any surplus funds will be used to offset charges the hotel levies for late cancellations.

I should be there, already had West Hotel booked so it should be a very easy wander to Hyatt Regency. Will there be any tours organised or are we meeting at the airport like last year for the event? Just wondering...

Booked and paid for dinner. Still vascilating as to where I am staying. Likely to be using points, so HI Potts Point is looking like the candidate.

Still awaiting confirmation from former Red Roo (who is organising at her end), so it is (frustratingly) out of my hands until I get confirmation from her. I have been following her up, saying the natives are restless. Going to try and get her on the telephone today.
