Wondering if any other AFFs have experienced similar issues to me. I'm still waiting for Business class points to be allocated from a trip BNE/HKK/BNE back in May. Three phone calls & a letter with photocopies of boarding passes, & I'm no further forward! What do I do??

Persevere and ask for supervisor.

Is that the only issue with the flights? Have they credited to another program? Normally they have been quite quick with my points claims.
