only going by the T&Cs. i still did ~$10k in the first ~6wks (incl last transaction on 21/2), though only $4k as per my calculations would count towards the 100k bonus points.

Yes this is what I did. There was a form to fill out

I believe you can based on what others have posted. I don’t need to change as my family are all users of our Kris Miles as they are easy to use.

and it had to be faxed or hand delivered. They wouldn’t accept an emailed copy when I did it.
