I bought a pair of sunglasses on board a Qantas flight less than two months ago. The sunglasses have since broken after what I would consider to be normal use. This is the second pair of Qantas duty-free sunglasses I've had that has broken after just a few months.

I was wondering - what are my options for having them replaced or refunded? I am flying QF international again next week - can I ask to have them replaced on board?

It's a shame that they break so easily, as I rather like the $20 QF duty-free sunglasses.

Thanks. Unfortunately that page doesn't say anything about returning faulty items (other than to provide contact details for making enquiries), which is why I posted the question here. I'm hoping someone will have tried to do so before and can share their experience.

Well, I sent them an email using the address on the website and got a prompt response. Basically, I need to send the product back with the receipt to an address in Sydney and they will send a replacement or refund. They will pay for postage, but not packaging.
