Requesting missing stays...browser crashes

I had a 4 night stay in Europe that hasn't posted to my HH account. when I press Submit on the "Claim Missing Stay" form I get a browser error.

Anyone else had problem with the form on the site?

Initially I tried the form in my default Chrome browser, then a day later tried again in IE.

Interested to hear of experiences using the HH claim system.

Never used it myself; all eligible stays posted properly.

Maybe you could try FT HH forum? (Hilton HHonors - FlyerTalk Forums)

I have always used the FT [email protected] sure but just check.Always a response quickly.
