Question about transferring Krisflyer to Velocity

The minimum points required for a transfer is 5,000 - does this mean you can transfer any amount over 5,000 or do you need to transfer in "blocks" of 5,000?

In other words, if I had 5,123 points can I transfer all of them at once, or just 5,000 leaving 123 in the krisflyer account?

As pointed out earlier by @TomVexille , you can transfer all of the 5123 points. I transferred 6124 points last month from KF to VFF

However, just make sure that your VFF number is linked in your KF profile. I had some issues here - My VFF number wasn't added to my KF profile, so I got in touch with KF CC and it took me over 2 months to get this "link" done. They had some IT issues and I had to escalate this quite a few times (6 times to be exact) before they could get the linking going
