Query on Qantas Mall and Apple educational pricing

Just wondering if anyone knows whether you earn QFF points through the Qantas shopping mall when you purchase an Apple MacBook Pro at educational pricing or you have to pay full retail?

I wouldn't count on ever earning points through the Qantas mall. If it works count yourself lucky.

Yep, just received points today for an iMac purchase via the education store.

I just bought a MacBook Pro but there was a worrying T&C clause that Qantas had that said may not get points for new products. "may" just leaves you not knowing which is stupid of them.

The "Your Qantas Points are on their way" mail hit my Spam folder on February 16 for a purchase that shipped on February 14, points hit my account today.

I bought a MBP in Feb and never got an email, until about 30 days in where I got the email then points a couple of days later.

I also bought something from Mr Porter, no email until 6ish weeks later, when the points also credited.. go figure.
